Though I originally started this blog because of my dissatisfaction with the customer service industry in my area. Today's post takes a new turn.
I want to share with you a Customer Service Superstar. This small, but beautifully decorated shop in downtown Summerville, SC gives customers that warm, cozy feeling the moment they step inside. Wares are beautifully displayed. I happened upon the shop during a walk with my daughter one afternoon.
I am an avid crocheter and The Village Knittery is cornucopia of yarn! Bamboo, cotton, acrylic, denim, wool all in colors that inspire....you name it, The Village Knittery has it!
Emily, the proprietor is gracious and friendly. She is very knowledgeable about her product. She is eager to share her knowledge with each customer. She freely admits to being an avid knitter but beginning crocheter. She offers classes in both knit and crochet to encourage customers to expand their talents.
